Signal-Based Outbound Engine

Outbound triggered by buying signals, not by list order.

The problem

What this is actually for

Most outbound is scheduled by the list, so the timing is arbitrary: the account is contacted because it was row 400, not because anything happened there. The work is real and the sequencing is disciplined, and it still lands on a week when nobody at the account is thinking about the problem.

How it works

What the system does

  1. 01Watches for the events that actually precede a buying conversation - a role change in the buying committee, a hiring pattern, a stack change, a return to a pricing page - and treats those as the trigger.
  2. 02Enriches the account before it writes anything, so the first line refers to a fact rather than a guess.
  3. 03Drafts against the signal that fired. A message that does not name why now is held back rather than sent.
  4. 04Suppresses against the CRM: open opportunities, current customers and anyone already in another sequence never receive a cold touch.
  5. 05Keeps the human in the loop on any channel where a mistake is public. On LinkedIn the system prepares, a person sends.
Before we can build it

What it needs from you

  • One sending domain and one sender. A second automated sender competing with a live one is the failure mode this system exists to avoid.
  • A signal source the account already pays for, or a documented plan to acquire one.

Nothing here goes live on our say-so. Before it runs against a real record, the system is graded by the Test Report - the document that scores it against a golden dataset of your own past cases, chosen and labelled by you. The gate is 85%: below that, or on any uncaught unsafe action, it does not ship.

One condition

We can't build this until the audit says it's your biggest leak.

Signal-Based Outbound Engine is not sold on its own and there is no way to buy it from this page. It is scoped by the GTM Audit and delivered as a System Build, because the audit is what establishes whether this is the leak costing you most - and often it is not.

Find out whether this is your biggest leak

The GTM Audit ranks every leak in your engine by what it costs you. Three weeks, $5,000 fixed. You own the Operating Map at the end regardless of what you build next.
