Forecast Assistant
A forecast built from evidence, not from optimism.
What this is actually for
The number that goes to the board is assembled from judgement calls, each made by someone with a reason to be optimistic, and it is defended with conviction rather than with evidence. When it misses, nobody can say which assumption broke, so the same method produces the next one.
What the system does
- 01Builds the roll-up from what is observable on each deal, not from the commit category alone.
- 02Names its disagreements. Where the system's read and the rep's call differ, it says which deal and on what basis, before the call rather than after the quarter.
- 03Shows its working for every deal it moves, so a rep can overrule it with a fact instead of a louder opinion.
- 04Keeps the history. Last quarter's forecast, the calls that produced it and what actually happened stay together, which is what makes the method improvable at all.
What it needs from you
- At least a few quarters of closed history - the system is graded against your own past cases, so there have to be some.
- Pipeline hygiene good enough to read. Where it is not, this system follows the Sentinel rather than preceding it.
Nothing here goes live on our say-so. Before it runs against a real record, the system is graded by the Test Report - the document that scores it against a golden dataset of your own past cases, chosen and labelled by you. The gate is 85%: below that, or on any uncaught unsafe action, it does not ship.
One condition
We can't build this until the audit says it's your biggest leak.
Forecast Assistant is not sold on its own and there is no way to buy it from this page. It is scoped by the GTM Audit and delivered as a System Build, because the audit is what establishes whether this is the leak costing you most - and often it is not.
Find out whether this is your biggest leak
The GTM Audit ranks every leak in your engine by what it costs you. Three weeks, $5,000 fixed. You own the Operating Map at the end regardless of what you build next.
