What this is actually for
The health score is green until the week the account tells you it is leaving. It is green because it is built from the things that are easy to count - logins, tickets, an NPS response from one person - and none of those is where the decision is actually forming.
What the system does
- 01Reads the signals that move before usage does: the champion going quiet, a change in who attends the call, the tone of the last three support threads, an invoice queried for the first time.
- 02Weighs them against what preceded churn in your own history rather than a vendor's benchmark.
- 03Raises a specific, actionable risk - which account, which signal, what changed - to the CSM who owns it, with the evidence attached.
- 04Closes the loop. What the CSM did and what happened next feeds back, so the model is graded on outcomes instead of on being alarming.
