Renewal Radar

No renewal is a surprise.

The problem

What this is actually for

Renewal dates live in a contract, an owner's calendar and a spreadsheet, and the three disagree. The work starts when someone remembers, which is usually close enough to the date that the only available move is a discount.

How it works

What the system does

  1. 01Holds one calendar of every renewal, built from the contract record rather than from anyone's memory.
  2. 02Starts the motion on a runway set per segment, so the conversation opens while there is still room to expand rather than only to discount.
  3. 03Assembles the case before the call - what the account used, what it asked for, what was promised and delivered.
  4. 04Flags the ones that need a human early, and says why, instead of treating every renewal as the same task.
Before we can build it

What it needs from you

  • Contract terms available in a system the tooling can read.
  • A named owner per account. The system will not invent one.

Nothing here goes live on our say-so. Before it runs against a real record, the system is graded by the Test Report - the document that scores it against a golden dataset of your own past cases, chosen and labelled by you. The gate is 85%: below that, or on any uncaught unsafe action, it does not ship.

One condition

We can't build this until the audit says it's your biggest leak.

Renewal Radar is not sold on its own and there is no way to buy it from this page. It is scoped by the GTM Audit and delivered as a System Build, because the audit is what establishes whether this is the leak costing you most - and often it is not.

Find out whether this is your biggest leak

The GTM Audit ranks every leak in your engine by what it costs you. Three weeks, $5,000 fixed. You own the Operating Map at the end regardless of what you build next.
