The GTM Audit

Find your biggest leak. Leave with a buildable plan.

A 45-metric diagnosis of your entire revenue engine - your leaks quantified in dollars, and an Operating Map naming the one system to build first, what it may and may not do, and the number it has to move.

$5,000 · 3 weeks · fixed fee

One audit. Seven deliverables. Three weeks.

The Operating Map - about 6 pages

Your revenue workflow traced end to end, including the parts nobody admits - the leads sitting in a shared inbox over the weekend. Every step labeled RULES, AI, or HUMAN. The one system we recommend building first, with the math. The one-page list of what it may and may not do. And today’s numbers, so success is measurable.

  • The scored 45-metric diagnostic across all four domains
  • Peer benchmark comparison - how you compare to companies your size
  • Leak quantification in dollars, per gap
  • Prioritized roadmap, sequenced by impact
  • AI-readiness assessment - whether your data can support AI at all
  • A 90-minute walkthrough call with both of us
  • A 30-day data room with everything we produced

The audit tells you what is broken and what it costs. The Operating Map tells you which system to build, what it may do, and what number it has to move.

See the actual output before you buy it.

The Test Report is the document that grades a system against your own historical cases before it goes live. The published example is run on VANDFORT’s own systems and is labelled as ours on the page - we have no client output to show yet, and we will not dress an illustration up as one.

What happens, week by week.

Week 1

Discovery - read-only access to your CRM and revenue tooling. We map what actually happens, not what the process doc says.

What we need from you

Read-only CRM access. One 45-minute call.

Week 2

AI analysis - 45 metrics scored, benchmarked, leaks quantified in dollars.

What we need from you

Roughly one hour of one person's time for follow-up questions.

Week 3

The report and the Operating Map, delivered live in a 90-minute walkthrough.

What we need from you

90 minutes, and whoever will own the fix in the room.

Total: about two hours of one person’s time. We change nothing in your systems.

45 metrics across four domains.

Not a maturity score out of ten. Named, measured, benchmarked metrics.

GTM Operations

Lead response time, routing accuracy, form-to-CRM integrity, source attribution, campaign-to-pipeline traceability.

Sales Operations

Stage definition integrity, pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy against your own history, quota and territory balance, comp plan signal.

CS Operations

Onboarding handoff completeness, health score predictiveness, renewal runway, churn signal lead time.

Revenue Intelligence

Metric definition agreement across systems, reporting lineage, board pack assembly cost, data readiness for AI.

A row of transparent glass diagnostic chambers on a lit base, with scattered points of light entering from the left and resolving into ordered glowing cores.

Three ways this ends. We'll tell you which.

Most likely

One recommended System Build

One named system, $15,000-$35,000 fixed, about eight weeks, tested against your own history before it goes live.

Sometimes

A Data Readiness Sprint

$8,000-$12,000, three to four weeks. Cleanup, enrichment, routing. No AI in it, and we’ll say so. Putting AI on top of bad data just propagates the mess at machine speed.

Sometimes

“Don’t spend money yet”

You keep the map, the benchmarks, and your metric baselines. We’d rather lose the build than sell you one that fails its own test.

What we touch, and what we don't.

Read-only access. We change nothing during the audit. Not a record, not a workflow, not a field.

Anonymized before analysis. We built the tool that does it, and you can run it yourself before sending us anything - the CRM Anonymizer. Your file never leaves your browser.

Your data room is yours for 30 days, and we delete on request at any time.

Nothing you give us trains anything. Not a model, not a benchmark set, not a prompt library.

The questions people actually ask

Is it really $5,000, flat?

Yes. Fixed fee, no scoping call required, no negotiation. That's the entire price.

What if you find nothing?

You keep the Operating Map, the peer benchmarks and your metric baselines regardless, and they are yours to hand to your own team or to another firm.

What access do you need?

Read-only CRM access and about two hours of one person's time. Nothing gets changed during the audit.

Who actually does the work?

Two people, both named on this site. There is no account manager and no offshore team. The person who diagnoses is the person who builds.

Am I obligated to buy anything after?

No. The audit is sold standalone and priced to stand on its own. Some audits end with “don't spend money yet” - that's a legitimate outcome, and it's the point of running one before you build.

How is this different from a consultant's assessment?

A consultant hands you a recommendation. We hand you an Operating Map with a named system, a fixed price, a scope you sign, and a number it has to move.

How long until we start?

We run one build at a time and take three Run accounts maximum. If we're full when your audit finishes, we'll tell you when the next window opens - and your Operating Map doesn't expire.

What if my data isn't good enough for AI?

Then the audit says so, and we'll recommend a Data Readiness Sprint with no AI in it. That's a real outcome, not a consolation prize.

The person who diagnoses is the person who builds.

Stop patching. Start scaling.

$5,000. Three weeks. A map of exactly where your revenue leaks and the one system that plugs the biggest hole.
