FAQ

The questions that actually stop people

Every one of these is an anxiety rather than a feature request. If yours is not here, email us - the answer will end up on this page.

The audit

Is it really $5,000, flat?

Yes. Fixed fee, no scoping call required, no negotiation, and the same number for everyone. It is published on this site because a price you have to ask for is a price that depends on what you look like you can afford.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to your CRM and revenue tooling, and roughly two hours of one person's time across three weeks. We change nothing during the audit - not a record, not a workflow, not a field. If you would rather strip the export first, we built the tool for that and it runs in your browser.

What if you find nothing?

You keep the Operating Map, the peer benchmarks and your metric baselines regardless of what we find, and they are yours to hand to your own team or to another firm. Some audits end with 'do not spend money yet' - that is a legitimate outcome and it is the reason to run one before you build.

Am I obligated to buy anything afterwards?

No. The audit is sold standalone and priced to stand on its own. It is not a discovery call with an invoice attached.

How is this different from a consultant's assessment?

A consultant hands you a recommendation. We hand you an Operating Map with a named system, a fixed price, a scope you sign, and the number it has to move. The difference shows up when you try to build from it.

Proof and safety

What is a Test Report, and what happens if the system fails it?

The Test Report is the document that grades a system against your own historical cases before it goes live - about twenty of them, picked and labelled by you. The gate is 85% agreement with zero uncaught unsafe actions. If it fails, it does not ship: we fix and re-run. Failing is a normal part of the process, not a crisis, and a firm that has never had a system fail its own test has a test that does not test anything.

What is the Operating Map, and do I own it?

It is your revenue workflow traced end to end - including the parts nobody writes down - with each step labelled RULES, AI or HUMAN, the one system we recommend building first with the arithmetic behind that recommendation, what that system may and may not do, and today's numbers so the result is measurable. You own it from the moment it is delivered.

What happens if I want to stop the AI immediately?

There is one control that halts the system, it is yours, and it does not go through us or through a support queue. It works the same way at every rung of the autonomy ladder. An emergency stop that requires somebody else to be awake is not an emergency stop.

Do you use my data to train anything?

No. Not a model, not a benchmark set, not a prompt library. Your data is used to build and grade your system and for nothing else. The anonymised, aggregated benchmark data described in our terms is exactly that - aggregated, with company and personal identifiers stripped - and it is never model training input.

Builds and Run

Can I buy a System Build without the audit?

No, and it is worth saying why rather than just refusing. Building the wrong system well is the most expensive outcome available to you: you spend eight weeks and a five-figure sum closing a leak that was not the one costing you money, and the real one goes another quarter unaddressed. Without the diagnostic we would be picking the system based on what you asked for, which is not the same as what your data says.

What does 'one system at a time' mean if I need three?

It means they ship in sequence, roughly eight weeks apart, in the order the audit ranked them. It also means the second one is scoped with what the first one taught us about your data, which usually makes it faster. If three systems this quarter is a hard requirement, we are the wrong firm and we would rather say so now.

Who owns the system you build, and what happens if we part ways?

You do - the code, the prompts, the rules - and it runs in your stack rather than on a platform of ours. There is no export process to negotiate because there is nothing to export from. If you stop working with us the system keeps running and your team can operate it, which is the outcome the whole model is built around.

How long until we start?

We run one build in flight and take three Run accounts maximum. If we are full when your audit finishes we will tell you when the next window opens, and your Operating Map does not expire in the meantime.

What if my data is not good enough for AI?

Then the audit says so and recommends a Data Readiness Sprint with no AI in it. That is a real outcome rather than a consolation prize - putting AI on top of bad data propagates the mess at machine speed, and doing it anyway would fail its own test at the proving step.

Working with us

Who actually does the work?

Two people, both named on this site. There is no account manager and no offshore team, and the person who diagnoses your engine is the person who builds the system. That is also why the capacity numbers are small.

Do you bill by the hour?

No. The audit is a fixed fee, a build is a fixed fee against a signed scope, and Run is priced by how many systems we operate rather than by how available we are. Paying for availability is the fractional model, and its ceiling is usually why our clients are talking to us.

Which CRMs do you work with?

HubSpot and Salesforce today. If you are on something else, say so on the first call - we will tell you honestly whether we can read it well enough to be useful, rather than finding out in week one.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet, and we are not going to invent one. What we can show is the method, the example Test Report - which is run on our own systems and labelled as such - and the systems we operate on our own revenue engine. If an empty results page is disqualifying for you, that is a reasonable position.

Still deciding?

The audit is the smallest commitment that produces a real answer. Three weeks, $5,000 fixed, and you keep everything it produces.
